Cancellation Policy

Overview
This policy describes when and how an order or account with Primary BioLabs may be cancelled. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Refund & Return Policy.
Order Cancellation Window
An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Once Primary BioLabs has handed an order to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled — at that point it is governed by the eligibility terms in our Refund & Return Policy rather than this cancellation window.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order before it ships, email info@primarybiolabs.com with your order number as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed to reach us before an order ships — we will confirm by email whether the cancellation was successful.
Cancellation by Primary BioLabs
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment, at our sole discretion — including, without limitation, where we are unable to verify a buyer's eligibility as a qualified researcher or research institution, where a product is unexpectedly out of stock, where a shipping address falls within a jurisdiction we do not ship to, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued for any order we cancel.
Account Cancellation
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting info@primarybiolabs.com. Closing your account does not cancel or refund any order already placed; those remain subject to this policy and our Refund & Return Policy. We may retain order and attestation records after account closure as required for compliance, tax, or legal purposes.
