Promotion Terms

Overview

From time to time, Primary BioLabs may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or other limited-time offers ("Promotions"). These Promotion Terms apply to any Promotion in addition to our Terms of Service. Where a specific Promotion's own stated terms conflict with this page, the specific Promotion's terms control.

Eligibility

Promotions are available only to buyers who meet the eligibility requirements described in our Research Use Policy — qualified researchers and research institutions purchasing for legitimate laboratory research use. Primary BioLabs may restrict a Promotion to new customers, specific products, specific order sizes, or other criteria stated at the time the Promotion is offered.

General Conditions

• Discount codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions apply to product price only and do not apply to shipping costs or taxes unless explicitly stated.
• A Promotion applied to an order that is later cancelled or refunded is forfeited; the refund reflects the amount actually paid.
• Primary BioLabs reserves the right to limit quantities, restrict eligible products, or refuse any order that appears to misuse a Promotion.

Expiration and Changes

Promotions are valid only for the period stated at the time they are offered and expire automatically at the end of that period unless extended. Primary BioLabs may modify, suspend, or end any Promotion at any time without prior notice, including after a Promotion has been publicly advertised, except with respect to orders already placed under that Promotion.

Errors

In the event a discount code is applied incorrectly due to a technical or pricing error, Primary BioLabs reserves the right to cancel the affected order (with a full refund, per our Cancellation Policy) or to correct the price and contact the buyer before fulfilling the order.
