Research Use Policy

All products sold by Primary BioLabs are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and preclinical scientific investigation. These products are chemical compounds supplied to qualified researchers and research institutions for use in controlled laboratory environments.

These products are not drugs, food, or cosmetics, and are not intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease in humans or animals.

These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority for safety, efficacy, or fitness for human or veterinary use.

No therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, or clinical claim is made or implied by Primary BioLabs with respect to any product sold on this site.

Products are sold exclusively to qualified buyers including: university and institutional researchers, accredited laboratory professionals, pharmaceutical and biotechnology researchers conducting preclinical work, and other professionals operating within appropriate regulatory and ethical frameworks.

By completing a purchase, the buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher or authorized representative of a research institution, that the products will be used solely for legitimate in-vitro or preclinical laboratory research, and that all applicable local, national, and international laws governing the acquisition, storage, and use of research chemicals will be observed.

The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of this policy and the terms of sale:

• —Resale as a dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or consumer health product

• —Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws

Primary BioLabs does not provide, and will not provide under any circumstances, medical advice, dosing guidance, reconstitution protocols for personal use, injection instructions, or therapeutic recommendations.

Any inquiry that requests information for the purpose of human or veterinary administration will not be answered. Customers with such inquiries should consult a licensed physician or veterinarian.

All products are labeled "For Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Consumption." This labeling is accurate and reflects the sole intended purpose of the products.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every lot shipped. COAs are produced by independent, accredited third-party laboratories and include HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and lot-specific identifiers. COAs are provided for research documentation purposes.

The purchaser is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction governing the acquisition, possession, storage, handling, and use of research chemicals.
