Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Temperature-Controlled Packaging
All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to preserve integrity during transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short periods, but we take additional precautions — especially during summer months — to ensure product quality upon arrival.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 14 business days of the ship date, please contact us at info@primarybiolabs.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
